American Residential Services LLC (ARS), headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, was acquired by Royal Palm Capital Partners and Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc. in September, 2006 from The ServiceMaster Company (NYSE: SVM). ARS, now a privately held company, is one of the nation's leading providers of HVAC and plumbing services with 2007 estimated revenues of more than $495 million.

The company is principally focused on the residential market where it holds the number two positions in both the HVAC and plumbing markets. The company has an extensive network of 58 locations in 24 states across the United States operating primarily under two established brand names, ARS Service Express for HVAC and Rescue Rooter for plumbing.

Devcon International Corp. is a publicly held corporation and through Devcon Security Services Corp. operates the second largest electronic security services business in Florida.
