Mr. Becker is an operating advisor for Royal Palm Capital Partners (RPCP) with over twenty five years of international finance and operating experience in senior management roles in multinational companies. Mr. Becker was Vice President of Portfolio Company Operations for a large Private Equity firm, with operational leadership of eight portfolio companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to the private equity firm, Mr. Becker was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SLI Holdings International LLC, a private-equity owned worldwide manufacturer operating in 34 countries under theSylvania and other lighting brands, where he took the company from bankruptcy reorganization to completed turnaround and sale. Mr. Becker was also Chief Financial Officer for Sappi Fine Paper NA as well as Chief Financial Officer for International Operations of Sealed Air Corporation.

Prior to these positions, Mr. Becker was Chief Financial Officer in Europe for W. R. Grace & Co, directing operations in six divisions across eighteen countries. Mr. Becker also held financial management positions while employed at W. R. Grace & Co. Mr. Becker received a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Penn State University and a M.B.A from the University of Pittsburgh.
