As patient investors, RPCP applies the same disciplined approach to exiting an investment. Our decision to exit an investment is based on a long-term perspective, rather than quarterly performance or short-term price fluctuations. We determine strategic and valuation parameters when entering an investment, monitor these targets during the ownership period and seek to divest our position once those targets are achieved. Typically, RPCP seeks to hold investments for three to five years.
