RPCP delivers management expertise in functional areas for the development and expansion of businesses and addresses issues such as pricing, site selection, sales force optimization, organizational design and operational efficiency, as well as providing direct experience in a diverse array of industry groups, with a particular focus on services and specialty retailing having been involved in leading the initial organizational design and rollout of such companies as Blockbuster, AutoNation and NationsRent.

We work with senior executives and entrepreneurs to implement best-in-class operating and financial metrics to measure progress on a real-time basis. We have a history of working side by side with management teams to help identify and implement operational improvements. We address a range of issues, including how best to execute growth, franchising or cost reduction strategies, sourcing and purchasing decisions, capital efficiency issues and site rollouts. In some cases, RPCP Group executives serve as interim senior level executives.

Restructuring and Recapitalization Advisory

Our restructuring advisory practice provides financial restructuring and strategic advice to debtors and creditors, both in and out of court. Our executives bring years of experience and a well-seasoned business judgment to all of our transactions. We are actively involved in direct negotiations with equity and debt holders to restructure existing obligations as well as other corporate obligations (e.g., leases, accounts payable and accrued expenses).

Infrastructure Advisory

The growing infrastructure investment worldwide is significant and the expansion of infrastructure services for ports, marine terminals, roads and railways has yielded significant opportunities for private capital investment. Our Infrastructure advisory practice is an extension of our investing and management expertise in service businesses and reflects our desire to pursue infrastructure opportunities on a global basis more systematically.
