Mr. Morse joined Royal Palm Capital Partners (RPCP) with over twenty years experience in operations, finance and administration, human resources, training, risk management and integration of business acquisitions at the senior management level. Mr. Morse has also served as Chief Operating Officer for Devcon Security Services Corp.

Prior to joining RPCP, Mr. Morse held senior management positions for public and privately held companies such as NationsRent, Inc., AutoNation, Inc., Huizenga Holdings, Inc. and Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation. Mr. Morse was the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Executive at NationsRent, Inc., a publicly held national chain of retail construction equipment rental stores with $600 million in revenue and over 3000 employees. Prior to that, Mr. Morse was a Senior Vice-President and founding officer of AutoNation, Inc., a Fortune 100 company, where he managed the company’s business integration division. Mr. Morse has served in various senior executive roles in several of Mr. Huizenga’s privately owned companies including Chief Financial Officer of Huizenga Holdings. He has also served as the Assistant to the Vice-Chairman of Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation.

Mr. Morse was a partner with the public accounting firm of Lukic & Morse CPAs after starting his career with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Morse has been a member of the Executive Council to the Board of Directors of the Dwayne Andreas School of Business at Barry University and is an owner and partner in several other privately held businesses.

Mr. Morse received a B.S., summa cum laude, in Accounting from Barry University.
