Mr. Torres joined Royal Palm Capital Partners (RPCP) after having served as an Investment Banker for six years with Citigroup and Bank of America in both New York and London. As an Investment Banker, Mr. Torres focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings in the health care sector.

 Mr. Torres received his B.S., cum laude, in Finance from Fordham University.
