Sunair Services Corporation is a publicly held corporation listed on the American Stock Exchange (SNR).

In February, 2005, the company launched a new strategy for building shareholder value by focusing on acquiring high quality, growing regional pest control and lawn care services companies. The company began executing the strategy with the purchase of a regional platform company, Middleton Lawn and Pest Control, which provides complete pest control, lawn, shrub care and termite control services.

Today, the network has grown to 29 branches, serving over 118,000 accounts in 27 Florida counties. This strategy has been followed by several tuck-in acquisitions, in addition to cross-selling services and growing organically, making Sunair Services among the largest providers of lawn care, general pest control and termite services to customers throughout the Southeastern United States.
